AC went out on Sunday. Obviously couldn’t do anything then so, come Monday at 8 am sharp, I started calling around for someone to come out and take a look. Called 5 different companies two didn’t return my call at all, one didn’t have an opening until the following Monday and one didn’t have an opening until 4pm. Called Eric and he picked up on the second ring and had an opening today before noon! He arrived exactly when quoted and was able to diagnose the issue in under 5 min. Another 5 min later and he had the unit up and running again. Totally happy with the service, communication and quality work. Found myself a new AC company.
