On advice of a friend and after looking at 2 other HVAC companies, we chose Buckley and could not be HAPPIER! The professionalism from start to finish was A+ !!! We had them replace all of the ducting and the change in the indoor environment is AMAZING! We could not be happier and would use them again. 👍
Buckley is such an amazing company! I always feel taken care of here. They always take their time to explain my system and are always so prompt to come out if there is ever a problem. The office is so friendly to talk to and it’s always easy to schedule a service. Every service has been great - today Josiah came out and took care of our maintenance. A very professional and enjoyable experience with the technician Bill.
Bill was very patient and answered the many questions and concerns I had about an install done by a separate HVAC company. Bill took the time and showed me what I was looking for.
Bill also noticed some thermostat wiring that was not as professionally done by the previous HVAC company and cleaned it up on his own.
This is what I'm talking about when it comes to good customer service.
