“We have had our heat pump for about ten months now, and we love it. We were prepared for a higher electric bill, but that didn't happen. The installers were fantastic, they left the attic cleaner and more organized than they found it. To our surprise, there is not a heating element in our heat pump: it somehow works by finding heat, or cooling, from the outside air. Seems like magic, but works wonderfully. “I used YELP Request and a lot of repairmen answered, I started to use Prime HVAC first. Red flags and my gut was going off with this guy Tony from Prime HVAC I will NOT recommend Tony, he didn't know what he was doing and told me my refrigerator door will always close like it did. I dismissed him and got ahold of Ahmad with 4Wires Appliances. He came over and agreed with me by adding a washer to the door and adjusting the refrigerator to balance, he also cleaned my condenser for free. He cleaned up the mess perfectly, it was like he was never here. He will come back and replace my ice maker, he did not have that special component, but everything else he had. I will definitely recommend him and use him again. Very nice gentleman. He knows what he is doing! I highly recommend him“

“Pros: Time, attention, honesty, loyalty, and effort.Needing a complete HVAC system replacement... we based our choice from the reviews read online this site, and Next Door. Also, reviewed the Lennox Systems available and ratings. Sherm, the Pro-Air owner, understood our issues and proposed a couple solutions. His team lead by the amazing Jose and Pablo, met each obstacle, reconfigured the duct system and installed new A/C and furnace. The ceiling registers were new sizes, so they were left with us to paint until final day of install so they would match interior colors. They were installed and left the job site super clean. Sherm’s ultimate goal was that we were happy with how our new system performed… QUIET, valuable (10 yr parts /compressor and 20 yr heat exchanger warranty), and energy saving. They let us know when they would be here and what to expect; very considerate. Great follow-thru! Appreciate Pro-Air!“

“We hired CABS to do the Seal and Insulate of our attic, and to replace our gas furnace and a/c with a Daikin inverter HVAC system. We received multiple bids and ultimately decided on CABS. There were many small reasons that tipped us towards hiring CABS, but one of the major ones was the 12-year parts AND labor warranty for Daikin. You never hear of that in this industry. (We also know that in Europe, where these inverter systems have been the building standard for years, Daikin has the reputation of being the best brand out there.)We are so happy with our decision to go with CABS. I've never dealt with a contractor so professional, so courteous, so meticulous, so responsive and so dependable. They communicated their arrival times, and were always prompt. They were incredibly respectful of our house, taking care not to damage our cabinetry and wood floors. When there was a little bit of inevitable damage to a garage window and to one of the ceilings (it's a 1930s house, so it was unavoidable), they immediately discussed it with me and followed through on repairs. They answered all of our innumerable questions with great patience.It's not easy having contractors tromping through your house and in your attic for a week. From the sales person who initially gave us our quote to all of the employees who worked on this job, thank you for making this as painless as possible.I have a fair amount of first-hand construction experience, so I know how to tell a quality job from a run-of-the-mill job. “Can't say enough good things. We have a VERY old HVAC machine that required service and we feared the worst. We got a different company to take a look given it was the weekend and they spent about 20-30 minutes before saying "the system is just old" and couldn't fix the underlying problem and instead told us it had to be replaced.We call Premium and they spent over 2 hours diagnosing and eventually solved the problem completely, helping us avoid tens of thousands of dollars to replace our machine. They are such straight shooters and avoid all the sales pitches that are rampant in this industry. Don't use anyone else - I've tried 5 of them before landing on Premium.“

During the winter months most HVAC companies are days behind schedule. He was able to get a technician out to the house within eight hours. Victor showed up at exactly the time promise. He was very polite and went right to work. Fortunately it was not a major issue, however, he quickly identified the problem and had the heater up and running within 20 minutes. The unit is approximately 25 years old and I'm sure it is on its last run. This is the first time in all the years that I did not have a technician try to sell me a brand new unit. This coupled with the fast response, professional demeanor, and quick repair motivated me to ride a very positive review.“

“It's pretty unusual that I can literally RAVE about a HVAC company, but here we go: We had multiple bids for an unusual project in our home (an indoor pool dehumidifier!), and couldn't get a straight answer out of 3 previous estimates. With their first visit, the team of Jake and Mark made me feel comfortable that we'd work out the details, and come up with a good solution.They did the research, came up with a plan, were SPOT-ON with the visits and time of arrival, brought a friendly, considerate crew, and did ALL the heavy lifting (incl. a crane!).The final job is highly effective, neatly installed with creative fabrication and details that show true pride of workmanship (that's rare, these days!).
