“We started using Alpha Mechanical about five years ago. They had been keeping my 21 year old furnace and AC going for as long as possible, but the day finally came. Complete replacement. It took about a week to get the unit we picked installed and we had two of the nicest tech's working on the install, whick took two days. There were zero issues and they even helped fix some long standing issues with the AC location. We have separate AC's for upstairs and downstairs and the previous owners put them in a horrible location, that caused constant overheating during the summer. Alpha moved the new unit and added a 90' exhaust elbow to the upstairs unit to ensure they didn't choke each other out any longer.
