Michael was great. We called their office Friday morning to arrange for an estimate to replace our hvac system. They sent Michael out that afternoon. He gave us a quote and we told him we would be getting two additional quotes on Tuesday and that we would be deciding on Wednesday which company to do the job. Well, on Saturday, when the temperature was 113 the unit shut down again. I called Michael on his cell and he said he would come to our house on Monday to see if he could get the AC on temporarily.
