Amazing service from quote to installation. Everyone we worked with was friendly and provided helpful information around HVAC unit. Installer's Brian and Elliot were very helpful in making sure everything was up to code, fixed issues left from previous installers and went above and beyond in explaining everything that was done, how to operate new unit and left the site better than they found it. Would look no further for another company to replace/upgrade Heating & AC system.

I rarely leave 5-star review as I'm very difficult to impress but Rocklin Heating and Air knocked it out of the park. We proactively replaced our 18-year old builder grade HVAC system with a Carrier Infinity system for a very substantial sum.We received a 7 quotes and while Rocklin Heating and Air was not the lowest cost, they were the most professional and confident in their ability to deliver a product that met our needs.I'm very impressed with their passion for customer service, patience to educate consumers and standing behind their products. Our AC stopped working yesterday afternoon (Saturday)and we were able to call and get an appointment for today, Sunday. We received a phone call about 8:00am this morning to let us know they were able to be here in about thirty minutes instead of between noon and 2pm today. We were ecstatic! Rocklin heating and air to the rescue! Quickly fixed and just so thankful for such a responsive and professional company and staff! Thank you!!Services: HVAC system repair
