“It was July 4th and the temps warming up. Our AC went out. I have been a Villara customer since we bought our home. I have always found their technicians to be thorough efficient and professional.

The technician this time came out in a timely manner. Went through the entire system, finally narrowed it down to the thermostat. He replaced it and we were back in business. The service charge AND COST FOR THE NEW thermostat was not cheap. But I feel like I received good value for the money.“

We needed to change from a countertop range to a new oven + range combo, but the pipes were arranged in such a way that the oven could not be installed properly. I called on a Sunday, not certain if they even handle gas pipes, and they offered some time slots on Monday. Deven came out and arrived right at the beginning of his arrival window and was able to complete all of the work within the allotted time. He was very friendly and easy to talk with, thorough, and knowledgeable.
