Sean came out and found the problem with my lack of heat in my downstairs area. Apparently it was a minor problem, my thermostat battery was low. He installed a battery and my heater is operational again.

Air Cool Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job replacing my old heat pump, air handler, all attic duct work and insulation, thermostat and ceiling registers. Sean, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He was able to determine very accurately what I needed and I now have a wonderfully efficient heating and cooling system! I had read others’ positive reviews and was similarly very impressed by Sean’s detailed descriptions and explanations of how he would go about the project.
