Saved us over $16K after the company we had been with for over 10-years said we needed a new unit. Something seemed fishy about how pushy they were being so I asked around for recommendations for a second opinion and received several for TRC. They came out the next day, free of charge, then were out with the part less than a week later. Unit's running just fine now.
TRC Heating & Air made the day my AC quit bearable. They reacted to my text for help within a couple of hours, and that on a Sunday, and scheduled for a technician to come the following Monday. After checking everything I was told in detail what is wrong with the unit and what the cost of repair would be. Since I had numerous issues with this unit over the years, I asked what a new one would cost. How unusual that I was not pressured to purchase a new one. I made the choice to buy as a unit.

I have been using TRC for 4-5 years now. They do my maintenance 2x a year. I've had issues a few times and they came out in a timely matter and got my system right back up. Yuri has always been the one sent out to me and he is a good tech.
I recently called them because I was hearing rattling. I was hearing it from all vents in each room. When they first came out, he couldn't pin point it an of course it wasn't rattling very noticeable when he was there.
Recorded the sound and sent the video the next day. Todd, the office manager, awesome guy, re-scheduled me for another appointment the next day. He sent out a different guy, Darryl, super knowledgeable....read full review
