I was so impressed with this company that I dropped my hvac service plan with another company and switched to Love and Care Heating and Air. The service man was so thorough and showed and explained every step he took. Took pics of everything along the way to show his point about the condition of the unit. I'm so impressed that he took time with me, but also that the company allowed him that time. This was no hurry in and out service and I appreciate the thoroughness.
The staff at Love & Care were professional, courteous & made the process of purchasing & installing the new HVAC seamless. They were always there to answer any questions or concerns and are prompt and efficient with all followup items. Highly recommend this company for any HVAC issues.
Excellent service!! The technician was friendly and approachable. He gave a clear explanation of heater issue and repaired it in a timely manner. Love and Care Heating is my new go-to for future HVAC needs.
