Ohhh, my, did we vent our poor judgment. Rick graciously listened as if he were a counselor. After assessing from whatever we had started, Rick sent over his best guys. These guys were quick & fast! Extremely knowledgeable, hard-working, respectable guys. They cleaned up after themselves. It would have saved us $$$ had we just gone to him in the first place! Lesson learned. “After the other guy told me my unit could not be repaired and charging me to tell me this, I contacted new century, they installed a new capacitor and had it up and running and less than 20 minutes.They contacted me at 7:30 in the morning and we're at my house before 11:00 a.m., I would highly recommend new century to anyone that needs repair, service or installation, they are good at what they do and know how to get the job done“

“When our air-conditioner went out, it's so stressful on so many levels. It happened to me, we made a phone call and they had a man out propley. He wasn't there to sell me a hvac, He communicated what's going on and left it to me to do what I had to do. No pressure . You want some honest men this is your team to do business with.They're productive, organized, and efficient .We don't like the unexpected costs we have to endure. “I had an issue with cool air coming from the heat vents. Seemed to be a problem with the furnace not igniting but I didn’t know for sure. I submitted a request on the website and someone responded the next day and scheduled a service call the same day. The technician called and said he could come early if it was okay with me. He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue which was gas valve related and fixed it on the spot. I ended up purchasing a maintenance plan which made sense to me. I will definitely be utilizing this company for any HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommended.“
