My 17-year-old HVAC system stopped working again after it had been repaired by another company in August 2025. I contacted Harris Air Mechanical, and they responded quickly. Robert came out and replaced the capacitor, but he explained that this was only a temporary fix because the unit had significantly deteriorated and would likely fail again. He recommended replacing the system. Since the unit used R-22 refrigerant, which is no longer readily available, I decided replacement was the best option rather than continuing to pay for temporary repairs. The work was originally scheduled to take two days, but they completed it in a day and a half. The technicians arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. as scheduled, worked neatly, laid down tarps, and wore protective boot coverings inside my home. They also helped install my new Nest thermostats and replaced my air filters. Ashley from Harris Air Mechanical assisted with scheduling the final inspection, which was completed promptly and without any issues. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Harris Air Mechanical.
