I had an issue with cool air coming from the heat vents. Seemed to be a problem with the furnace not igniting but I didn’t know for sure. I submitted a request on the website and someone responded the next day and scheduled a service call the same day. The technician called and said he could come early if it was okay with me. He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue which was gas valve related and fixed it on the spot. I ended up purchasing a maintenance plan which made sense to me. I will definitely be utilizing this company for any HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommended.

We have been using Fox Heating and Air for years. They replaced both of our air conditioning units a few years back and they work great. Now we have the deal with Fox where they come out twice a year, once in the fall to tune up the heating units and once in the spring to check the Air Conditioning units. We feel good in that we’re doing the preventative work that will prevent system failures when it’s either very hot or cold.We highly recommend Fox!
