“Dmitry was the first to respond to my request for a quote. I made an appointment and he was ontime. His office assistant kept me posted on his arrival as well. Dmitry is a man of few words, walked immediately to the kitchen to our broken stove and dove right in. With in 30 minutes he had found the problem and updated his bid to include the needed part. After I accepted, he went to get the part and returned quickly. On his return he quickly replaced the faulty unit and reassembled the range. The stove is back working like new (Good thing because it's only 2 years old). When he left, you couldn't even tell anyone had been there.”
