Also, reviewed the Lennox Systems available and ratings. Sherm, the Pro-Air owner, understood our issues and proposed a couple solutions. His team lead by the amazing Jose and Pablo, met each obstacle, reconfigured the duct system and installed new A/C and furnace. The ceiling registers were new sizes, so they were left with us to paint until final day of install so they would match interior colors. They were installed and left the job site super clean. Sherm’s ultimate goal was that we were happy with how our new system performed… QUIET, valuable (10 yr parts /compressor and 20 yr heat exchanger warranty), and energy saving. They let us know when they would be here and what to expect; very considerate. Great follow-thru! Appreciate Pro-Air!“

“Vitaliy was out of town for a conference and I didn’t know it. But he was highly recommended by a friend, so I texted him. He got back to me anyway, even called! He knew what I needed and immediately when he returned home, he was here looking at what I had, discussed my options and I made a decision. Within 3 days of his return, he removed the old system and installed the new one! He’s knowledgeable, honest and a very hard worker. And he charged less than my estimate from other companies!“

“I've used A&M in the past for repairs and found them to be fast, honest and friendly on top of doing excellent work. One of the repairs they did was on my AC, which was over 20 years old at the time. While they could have told me then that my whole system needed to be replaced, they simply added a device to the AC to help it start. I had a hunch then they would be my choice for the eventual replacement of the system.The system turned 35 this year so we knew it was on borrowed time. Also being so old it was not very efficient by today's standards. I created a list of 7 contractors to get bids from and got bids from 3 of them to start. The first one was from a much larger company and they had a slick presentation, decent price but they didn't give me all the information I had asked for. The second contractor seemed to be in a hurry to the estimate done but at least gave me what I asked for. The third one was Adam from A&M. He really listened to what I said and put a lot of detail into the bid. Since the price was also the best of the 3 bids and was well within our budget the choice was easy.It was a two day job to replace everything (including the duct-work). The crews showed up on time, worked hard and were very respectful. The quality of their work is top notch. Matt went over everything with me to make sure I understood the new system.The system we have now has exceeded my expectations for comfort in the house and I'm looking forward to seeing smaller utility bills.“

“Not sure what's up with the negative reviews for this business. I bought a house and used the home warranty company to fix a blower motor that went out. Dan came out immediately, diagnosed the problem accurately, and had my heater fixed on the same day I called the warranty company. I talked to him about my homes HVAC system and I could tell he's knowledgeable within his field. He also seemed like a really nice guy. I'd use this company again.“
