When I started buying Ridgid tools 15 years ago things were great. Any broken tool could be taken to any Home Depot and in a short term was repaired. Batteries could just be called in and a replacement shipped out.
Today, however, things have changed a lot. Now there is no repair shop within 50 miles of my location, in spite of Phoenix being the 5th largest city in the US.
And batteries - it took 6 tries of calling, emailing, and filing a claim online before I got a replacement shipped. And get this - they want me to tell them the tool the original battery came with, or show a picture of the packaging from 7 years ago, or keep my own records of batteries I threw away after receiving the new one before they will register warranty on the replacement they sent...
This is more than absurd. Anyone looking to get into tools, just ignore that lifetime warranty advertising and get either the best (Hilti, Milwaukee) or cheapest (Harbor Frieght). I have over 100 Ridgid tools and love them, but would no longer recommend them to someone starting out.

This is the ONLY place I trust with my beard. Don't let the pfp fool you, im bald and started growing a beard this past summer. In the past I would always make a mistake trying to trim it so this time I decided to outsource and... free from my own interference, my beard is the LONGEST and BEST its ever been. They are very knowledgeable and keep you involved in the process of getting the beard YOU WANT. They truly are a cut above. This isnt their slogan but youre gonna like the way you look, I can guarantee it.

I’ve been seeing Victoria for over a year now, and I can confidently say she’s a hairstylist like no other! She made my lifelong dream of going copper/ginger come true, and I’ve never felt more confident and in love with my hair. Stephanie is such a treasure! She is absolutely amazing at her craft and she is so sweet! The overall vibe of the salon is relaxing and you can tell the relationship with the other stylists are friendly and laid back. They even had water and free snacks for the guests! Omar is the VERY BEST Hair Stylist I have EVER met. His hair cuts are ALWAYS absolutely perfect. I won't take my hair anywhere else. I have very thin, fine hair that does not grow. Other stylists always cut too much off even when I beg over and over 'Please just barely trim because I'm trying to grow out my hair'. I even explain that I have been trying to grow out my hair for my entire life and it is now just down to my shoulders. Omar is great about providing a stylish hair cut without taking too much off. Recently, I was trying to save some money and thought that my kind, sweet husband could just cut a straight line across the back of my hair. Boy, was I wrong. Girls, NEVER make this mistake. I went to Harb Hair with this emergency because I had a wedding to go to! Omar took the time to repair the damage even though he was already booked up. He is kind and professional. I'm blonde and always choose medium with a bronzer. I went with the monthly subscription so I can go as often as I want so it's great value for money.

Jennifer's tinctures are amazing! First of all I need to state she uses alcohol based tinctures verses glycerin based! That is what you want in any quality tincture you purchase and use! Alcohol based will give you a higher concentration of active compounds leading to a more potent tincture. Plus when an alcohol based is used tinctures can be stable for several years when stored properly. Nothing else works like the oil and facewash she sold me. They smell divine without being overpowering and they leave me feeling soft and moisturized for 24 hours or more after use. With just a few applications, my skin feels the best it has since I was a teenager. Luvleigh Skin and Laser Medspa help! Sonja carefully explained all the treatment options available for my face. With her help chose intense pulsed light (IPL). My first session lasted about half an hour as Sonja focused on red areas and “age spots” but treated my entire face.
Now I am two and a half weeks out and everyday I see improvement especially with lightening of dark patches. Going to be headed back in a few weeks knowing Sonja will have my skin looking healthier and a bit younger looking?!

Water Heater sprung a leak on Sunday morning. Tried several plumbers and Smith was the only one to respond in a timely manner. Technician showed up within 2 hours and gave me an estimate that I considered very reasonable. Asked "when can you do the work", he said "Right Now". He removed the heater and returned it to Home Depot since it was still under warranty, was back within an hour with a new heater and completed the installation promptly. The technician, Gannon, was great. He handled the warranty exchange, did a top-notch installation (even corrected a gas line run that was not up to current code), left the work site perfectly clean, and the final bill was exactly the estimate. Highly recommend.
When you need a plumber, you need a professional. We used Kendall Plumbing and Rooter to install a new water heater and service it under warranty. Lucky for us, Kerry was the guy that came out a few years ago and installed the equipment and also serviced it when there was a problem with the control box. Calling Kendall is like calling 9-1-1. They assess your needs and dispatch the appropriate response in the quickest possible time. Save this company in your contacts and call them when you need superior customer service and technical proficiency.
Working with Jeff was great. We had called Cactus Plumbing out to repair our irrigation pressure regulating valve. Jeff noticed that our water heater drip line was also leaking. Another plumber was had previously indicated that the leaking (water heater) drip line was our A/C drip line. We are so thankful that we called Cactus Plumbing. They replaced 2 of my toilets. I found the 2 guys friendly and they did a good job installing the new toilets but one thing that bothered me is they both carried the old toilets out with them dripping dirty water on the carpet and floor. I had previously bought the 2 replacement toilets and assumed they would take the new ones out of the box and put the old ones in the box to carry them out in the box so they don’t drip everywhere. Instead they just carried them out in the open dripping dirty water. Also more expensive than I expected.Update - I would like to add that the owner reached out to me of their own accord to try and make right what happened by offering a carpet clean. I think this shows they care about the quality of work they do and the experience customers have so that’s commendable. As a result I’ll add a star back so 4 stars

I moved away from AZ, but back in the day, the Drummer in Mesa was my local hangout. I often come by when I am in town to see old friends and get some amazing wings or a hamburger. I stopped by Sunday, May 26th, for lunch and was surprised to see that the owners have changed. The atmosphere was still very welcoming, so I decide to stay and have a hamburger. The food is still as great as ever and the staff were very friendly. My only issue is that there is a sign on the wall that says, all tabs will have an automatic 20% tip added, no exceptions. Ok, I am fine with that as it was posted very clearly. But, I paid in cash when asked if I wanted to run a tab, only had one drink and the hamburger. To me, by definition, a tab is something you continue to run while being at the establishment for more awhile. I was charged the automatic 20% tip and on top of that I was shorted $0.52 in change. Meal and drink were $9, tax $0.68 and $1.80 added tip, total = $11.48, I gave a $20 bill and got back $8. If I had paid by credit card it would have been $11.88. Now I understand that times have changed and a lot of establishments are passing off credit card fees on to the customer and I am fine with that and why I carry cash, but I did not pay by credit card and I did not run a tab. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and talking with the staff and may have tipped more than 20%, but not my choice and as I see it my tip was already increased to almost 26% by not giving correct change of $8.52.

Hands down, Kemp is THE BEST carpet cleaner/service I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. I've tried all the other big name companies but they've always sent employees who could care less about deep cleaning your carpets/rugs and will do one run and they're gone. Kemp not only gets in there and really cares but he's using some serious steam with deionized water (I hope I got that description right...I don't want soaps or detergents) and his system for extracting water is high powered. We've being dealing with construction crews who have trashed our year old carpet AND our area rugs (wool and wool blend) showed such wear that I thought would never come out. He got our new carpet looking like the day we had it installed and my area rug looks brand new!!! Kemp came HIGHLY recommended by a client of mine and not only can I not thank her enough but I can't thank Kemp enough. I'll be calling him again for ALL of our rug and carpet cleaning. You will not be disappointed.

I hired Let it Shine Cleaning Services to clean an apartment for a move-out cleaning. They responded right away with the best price in town! As you can see from the few attached photos, the apartment was worse than filthy. After they finished, I barely recognized it as the same apartment unit! They offered me a flat rate, which they honored despite the job going over eight hours! These are good, hardworking women who deserve your business. You will not be disappointed! They can clean literally anything! P.S. Their business includes one-time and regularly scheduled house (apartment) cleaning. I had a specific need for a move-out situation. P.P.S. After returning the unit to management, there were NO additional cleaning charges. Not a single $10 charge for anything! This is beyond incredible as this apartment complex has a reputation for nit-picking, frivolous litigation, fees, and fines.
They do a pretty good job! They did a deep clean first, was about $500 bucks, and then it runs about $150 per week. I have them come bi weekly or once a month and they always do a great job! The ladies are super nice and it saves me time and makes me feel better so I can keep running my business :)

Regal remodeled our master bathroom a little over a year ago. They were very easy to work with. We hit a snag early on with cabinets ( the company they used for their premade cabinets had discontinued the color we had originally selected as well as our second choice, leaving us with nothing in the color family we had wanted). The owner stepped up and covered the difference in cost between the premade and custom cabinets. It is not often that you find a company that acts with such integrity. We were also limited by our post tension slab. While we couldn't do exactly what we had envisioned, they created a few renderings to help create something that we could enjoy with the restrictions we had. We had a one person crew do our entire demo and remodel and he did a great job. We encountered very few issues once work started and those that did come up were minor and quickly handled. We really liked the finished product. We did have a leak during the first year from one of the fixtures and they were very responsive, came out and fixed the problem.

They were excellent to work with. They did our SRP home audit and then new screens and new duct work for us. Our house feels cooler and more even which is what we wanted. They were excellent at communicating when they would arrive and leave each day, and they kept the house clean while working.

In a time when many builders are making money hand over fist with no concern for reputation, Jim and his crew stand out. They did a stellar job on our new patio build and when some of the support beams were showing surface cracks, Jim sent his team out promptly to replace with brand new lumber and repaint for us.

Paxton and Josh came out to our home (after hours) when we noticed a swarm of bees outside our bedroom window. We found a couple live ones in our home and heard buzzing in the vents. I had a wonderful experience booking Panda Pest Control. I bought a house that was infested with roaches and no DIY solution was working. I submitted a request on their website and Ishmael called me almost immediately. He had extensive knowledge on the type of roach infestation and explained in detail the process of eliminating them, as it took a series of sprays to get rid of them. He was able to squeeze me in the same day which is such a relief. What he explained was accurate down to the T and he continued with the rest of the process. I signed up for regular sprays to ensure they don’t come back. The sightings of roaches have dropped significantly, I used to see them every day in the kitchen. Now I’ve seen one in the past 2 weeks. Jakob has been spraying our yards for two years. He is very polite and respectful. We get notifications of upcoming services and then he calls before entering the backyard to assure that our dogs are inside the house, so he can safely spray for pests around our property. He will ask if there are any areas of concerns where there may be pests spotted that need to be focused on due to our landscape in the yard. Very excellent at communication and integrity, which in my book are most important attributes of a great service company!

I have worked on more than one project with Adam. When he said he was going to do X, X got done. I have asked Adam to walk multiple acre projects, and the input and ideas from those kinds of walks are worth his consultant fee times 10. His knowledge (and his teams) about mixing plants, recovering and/or reusing onsite plants, watering systems, all kinds of stuff that you only get with pros that do it all the time, save you so much time and waste.
Steven came out to our property and designed an absolutely gorgeous landscape. We had nothing but dirt and quarter minus on our 3/4 of an acre property, we now have trees with several plants, accompanied with rock and rip rap. My husband stressed everything being very low maintenance so Steven set up the timer to water along with the irrigation lights so it doesn’t look like a dungeon driving into my property.We can’t be more pleased with how it turned out. Absolutely fantastic! They came out the day after we called to give a quote and were able to come out the day after that. They were incredibly professional and friendly when they came out for the quote and very easy to talk to. We told them we wanted the back and side yards cleared of weeds and preventative spray and they said they would also do a blow out of the yard for any debris left behind and quoted us half the price of competitors in the area who were just going to do weeds and spray. They came out the next day early in the morning but as we don't have a locked gate, they didn't need anything from us! We were around just in case, but they came, did the work (a marvelous job) and left without a word and sent us the invoice which we could easily pay online at our convenience. The only thing I'm mad about is they didn't let us say thank you in person for how amazing our yard looks! Highly recommend!

Helpful in a crisis! I arrived home to a backyard flood Friday evening. Lisa patiently talked me through turnning off the water to the backyard via an old Febco with fragile rusted valves hanging on for dear life. Rick was scheduled to repair the problem in a timely manner and now we are good to go. We will call them again when we are ready to make some much needed backyard inprovements!

Green Earth Trees is wonderful! The storm on October 13, '25 devastated my landscaping. Two big trees down and across the road blocking traffic, a tree in the back down on my wife's she shed. Weeds, limbs and debris everywhere. Jonathan and his team responded very quickly to get me functional and followed up a few days later for stomp removal.
The workers were professional, safe and very friendly. The pricing was very reasonable.

i am so happy to write this review… We are more than pleased with the Top Leaf Tree service-we lost our long time tree man. and am so happy to have found Jason, Kathy and their crew. We have a huge eucalyptus that is older than most of us and is important to our yard and family. The trimming process is usually stressful due to the size of the tree and proximity to several neighbors homes. Jason understood this and Kathy took my concerns to heart and scheduled a trim asap. The results are beyond stunning, the tree looks like a work of art, all the birds love it too! They also trimmed my palms that were super tall as well: i am beyond grateful for their service and commitment to our trees, which are so important, i recommend them 100% and look forward to many trims in the future. Remember to get your trees trimmed BEFORE monsoon hits.

They did a great job taking down a dead tree for me and grinding the stump. I really liked the gentleman that came out for the estimate, he was very thorough on his quote for the dead tree and trimming needs of my other trees. He also gave me watering tips, my drip system was installed basically on top of the trees, instead of over the roots, probably contributed to why I had a dead tree. Good experience all around.

Warner came to evaluate my palo verde tree...a very old large tree that was leaking sap. He treated the tree and gave me further instructions which I followed about 2 months after his visit. The initial treatment Warner performed stopped the sap leaking and now the tree is in perfect health. He is a very knowledgeable man and well worth the cost for his services and information.

I can't tell you how appreciative I am to have found Dr Zuniga! I have suffered from extreme anxiety my entire adult life that is debilitating when it comes to dental visits. Over the past year I have had to have over 10 dental visits to repair a failed implant surgery and am proud to say that I no longer require meds to see Dr Zuniga. They are so caring and kind to me and their work is incredibly detailed and absolutely my finished implants are beautiful. I can smile non stop and eating is fun again! Great experience with Dr. Chambers with my nail avulsion. I’ve been to two other providers with this procedure and he provided the best experience in terms of minimizing pain from the nerve blocker administration, to the removal of my bandage at home. The bandage removal has been a nightmare in the past, whereas how Dr. Chambers put the bandage on, it all came off so easy and pain free! Highly recommend overall.

Dr.Kyle Koenke is an honest, no bull type of man and I appreciated his honesty and knowledge. I came in on a OJI case and left knowing I would be using him in the future. It was an unfortunate reason why I originally saw him (car accident) but it was a blessing I found him.

Given my experience with other chiropractors, I can say that if you look really, really hard, you MIGHT be able to find a chiropractor who is just as good, but you won't find one better. When you're at the top of your game, you can't get any better. Pinpoint diagnostic accuracy followed by perfectly executed adjustments. The girls in the office are very efficient, accommodating, and a really funny bunch, too.
Dr. Manny has absolutely changed my life with neuropathy. I've been suffering for 2 years now and just accepted that nothing was going to change. I've tried everything, until one day a friend told me to look up wave machines (Radial Pressure Wave) for neuropathy at a chiropractor practice. Well I found Dr. Manny, Ashley and Jazmin, thank God!!! These three are an AMAZING team, I love going to see them for treatment!! I initially came in from a referral from my winter visitor parents who have seen him for over 20 years. I am not a fan of manual manipulation so he honored my fear and created a healing trifecta of traction, activator and drop table manipulation! We are so grateful to have found both Adobe Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Phil Heitman for our little Boston Terrier. What a knowledgable, caring, and professional office for pet care! Our little pup has had a very tough start, having to overcome many difficulties in his first two years of life. Most recently, from January-May, we had visited 2 other local veterinarians that were unable to diagnose and successfully treat our pup in overcoming inexplicable digestive issues. We had also spent a large sum of money on every recommended test in that 5 month span. A neighbor suggested that we try one more vet and call to get an appointment with Dr. Greg or Phil Heitman at Adobe Veterinary Clinic. We were able to get an appointment with Dr. Phil quickly and not only did he successfully treat our little guy- but he was able to get him completely healthy with a few simple treatments & for very reasonable pricing. It was such a relief to have our pup back to good health after that 5 month time period that seemed like forever. Our pup has some fear and anxiety due to all of his past experiences (prior to Adobe), resulting in behavior issues when he is at the vet. The staff at Adobe Veterinary Clinic has been absolutely incredible in the way they handle the individual needs of our pup. They are so understanding, gentle, and open to our input of what works best for our pup. Dr. Phil subsequently neutered our pup and most recently, removed his corkscrew tail due to inflammation and infection. Both surgeries went as expected and were successful in every way. We were so blessed to have Dr. Greg do the tail surgery; as he was in the office that day & noticed the corkscrew infection on his chart, which he has a lot of experience with. We felt so secure to leave him in such good hands. Our pup is now back to the sweet, spunky little guy we are used to at home. He's ready to get out and play and we are so appreciative of this quality care. We highly recommend this office and Dr. Phil and Dr. Greg to everyone!
I love this veterinarian, he is very caring and explains things so you understand what they are doing for your animal. The vet techs are very nice and very helpful too. We have been going to Dr. Hunt since 1998 when we got our golden retriever puppy. He was there for us when we had to let him move on to the next life too. Very caring and kind veterinarian.
We take our puppy here and love working with Kay, Alex, Gavin, and of course our vet Dr. Smith! My wife and I feel like they are extremely helpful in taking their time assessing our dog to give genuine advice while answering our questions. Looking forward to the check ups as they come.

Best experience I have had so far at a vet in Arizona. Staff was so relaxed and welcoming my dog was completely at ease throughout her exam. I will gladly make the 30min drive to this vet for my animals. Prices were very reasonable as well!
Dr Bebe and staff are fantastic. We had to put down our dog and they were amazingly compassionate and allowed us time to say our goodbyes.

I don't know where to start. I walked into ASAH in tears. Was told by an other animal hospital I could no longer keep my appointment because I was two minutes late. Even though I had no appointment. My pup was seen and Dr. Hector and Patti were amazing. Looking forward to continuing to bring my dog to them.
So thankful to have found Jill when we moved back to Mesa a few years ago. She does a great job and is just a pleasure any time I bring my Pepper in to see her.

I have kind of a difficult dog and no one has been able to groom her just because of lack of patience…Shaunte not only was able to get her done in a timely manner but went above and BEYOND on my expectations. I've been here twice now, once for a full service and once for a nail trim. They were super thorough and used sensitive shampoo for my pup, the staff at the time even helped get my anxious land hippo into the shop. The 2nd time for her nail trim was super quick and they were so sweet to my baby. She even got a holiday bandana ?

I’ve tried several yoga studios around Mesa/Gilbert, and Yoga Pulse won as my favorite. I bought my husband and I a 10 class pack and was thrilled it didn’t expire for 1 year as we’re snowbirds. We’ve tried a variety of classes and have enjoyed each one, as well as each instructor we’ve met.We’ve done Power Yoga with Josh and love his classes. His cuing is easy to follow and his style is both informative and playful. I routinely giggle during class.We tried Kundalini with Meagghi (sp?) and that was enlightening. Great class for an active recovery day, more of a mind workout w/breathing vs hard core sweaty class.I’ve always wanted to try aerial yoga and attended the intro to aerial 2 days ago. It was SO FUN! The 60 minutes flew by and Ileah was encouraging, informative, and gave lots of options to level up. I felt comfortable, safe, and joyful. I would love to add more aerial classes to my routine.This studio is welcoming, laid back, and one of my favorite things is the variety of clients they attract (amazing older yogis, younger college yogis, yogis just starting their fitness journey, all are welcome).
An absolutely wonderful studio with caring, compassionate, and hard working experienced instructors. I joined exhale about 3 weeks ago and have been going several times a week. Tiff is an amazing owner and excellent instructor.. her classes have so much depth to them. I have tried both the hot fast paced classes and the slow restorative ones, both are amazing. For anyone wanting to try yoga, this is your spot. I had an incredible experience last night in Macey's class. The class was moving and powerful, and I found myself crying towards the end. Macey kindly approached me after class and asked to sage me. I found her compassion to be so kind. Her energy and care were exactly what I needed and her taking that little extra time after class was very important to me. I am very grateful to have found this studio. HIGHLY recommend.

I saw Tara for some neck tension I was having and she did an excellent job getting rid of it for me. The hot stones and CBD oil were amazing. She sent me some stretches to do so the problem doesn't occur again. The online scheduling was super easy to use. The office was a little hard to find the first time but not too difficult. I love supporting small business and Tara deserves the support. She was great and I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

Wendy has been my therapist for 2 visits and she is really incredible. She is quiet during therapy, which is a must for me, and she is on-time. She listens when I explain injuries, and has provided relief from pain and strained muscles. I highly recommend her. The facility is lovely, well set-up, and quiet.

I have been seeing Marie since 2020, and have always had amazing, magical, healing experiences. I have also referred family and friends to her, and gifted massage sessions. I like how easy it is to schedule appointments, the simple check-in/ waiting room, and the tranquil massage room ambience, and I always appreciate her personalized after-care suggestions. I always treat myself to the 90-minute sessions. My favorite is the hot stone (if you like weighted blankets, then you'll appreciate the strategically placed weights of the stones), but have also had therapeutic, lomi lomi, and stretch sessions.

Today I had the most amazing Reiki session with the talented Denise at Souly Inspired. The last few months have been a whirlwind of chaos and disaster all rolled into one. I received a gift certificate from my Dad and StepMom for Christmas and I figured this is much needed time for self care. I scheduled with Denise last week. She was flexible and easy to work with my chaotic schedule. I met her today at her Mesa location. She is a very kind, gentle soul and she genuinely was interested in relieving my stress and regrounding me. She is very professional and my session was amazing. I left feeling refreshed, revived and regrounded. Just what this Momma needed! Thank you Denise for your kindness and expert care. I will definitely be coming back for more! Trac is awesome and I highly recommend them. I started going to them after a horrible car accident and my chiropractor recommended them. Michael is a great guy who knows his stuff. Tell him what your problem is and he will know what to recommend to make it go away or at least feel better. His massages are wonderful and you may fall asleep during it! You can go to him or he will come to you, often on very short notice if needed. You tell him how you are feeling, too much pressure, more, etc. as needed and he will adjust accordingly. Highly recommended!

I have had quite a puzzling injury involving plevic issues as well as things more geared toward ortho PT. I have seen many people and Dr. Michelle has given me the confidence in knowing she will work with me and do whatever it takes to work with me on my journey to feeling better. She is the missing piece between plevic and orthopedic PT.

I can’t say enough good things about Athletico PT (Mesa)! I started going there 2-3 times a week about six weeks before my big hike on the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. I was pretty nervous about it because I had some knee issues, including a locked-up knee situation that made me anxious about keeping up with my group of 15 people.
The awesome team at Athletico worked like detectives, taking the time to understand the root causes of my issues. They identified that I had weak glutes and was compensating with different muscles, making me quad dominant and preventing me from engaging my glutes as needed. They also found that my low ankle mobility was a factor in my knee issues. They created a solid strengthening program that helped me target the right muscles, which made all the difference!
Thanks to their expertise and support, I completed the four-day hike and made it to the top with zero injuries or pain! It was an unforgettable experience, and I enjoyed every minute of it, all because of the fantastic staff at Athletico PT (Mesa).

Shane is amazing! The facility is clean and welcoming. The receptionist is always friendly and professional regardless of who it is. The physical therapist, Shane, is professional, compassionate, listens to everything you say, and is very thorough in his evaluations and treatment exercises. He always pushes you a little, but makes sure you are not in pain and that it's not more than you can handle. Wonderful atmosphere and facility. This place changed my life for the better and almost 4 weeks in, and my pain is already so much better.

Authentic korean accupuncture. I have a very severe frozen shoulder and my arm did not rotate at all. I've been seeing an orthopedic surgeon, a myotherapist, and physical therapist and I made decent progress. But combining all of these therapies with accupuncture has made the biggest difference! Holy Hill acupuncture is excellent. They are old school eastern medicine people and may not be what you expect as far as western office experiences go, but you will not be disappointed. I could not rotate my right arm and now I have about 120 degrees of rotation, even after the first visit. It sounds insane but my husband could hardly believe his eyes when he saw me. I can tie up my hair now! Just give it a shot (no pun intended).
