On time. He determined that I didn't have a plumbing issue and there was no charge for the service call. All too often you call out a technician and just to step foot in your doorway will cost you even, if there is no issue. Will definitely use Benjamin Plumbing in the future!

Cannot recommend Benjamin Plumbing enough!! We have had to call a him twice in the last year and his work and friendliness has been exceptional! He goes out of his way to ensure he finds the issues and makes the repairs ASAP. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing assistance!

We woke up to cold showers yesterday. We knew the time was coming simply due to the water heater’s age, but there was no warning otherwise; it was just suddenly gone. We reached out to friends to find a recommendation for a plumber, and they sent us to Ben Thomas (Benjamin Plumbing). So glad they did!Ben had a cancellation for the day, so he was able to provide same day service. We were obviously very happy that he was willing and able to respond so quickly, and he made the whole experience so easy! Great work. Great pricing. SO glad our friends sent us his way!
