My kitchen sink and dishwasher were backing up into my bathtub. For 5 days I had a terrible smell and dirt in the tub. When I finally contacted Kendall plumbing (plumber #3 that I contacted. Plumber #2 recommended Kendall’s also) they rescued me and were out within 2 hours after I called. Anthony literally had to chisel his way into the kitchen clean-out to get the snake in. Then it was so hard it broke the blade on the snake but he got the water flowing once again. He did a great clean up job outside (we even killed a black widow). He also wiped down the gunk in the tub for me.

Have used Kendall many times over past years and always very happy with them. Chris came today to check on slow flushing toilet. Expected to have to buy a new one or get the pipes worked on. Chris took his time and found a hard water build up that he reamed out. Explained everything. Labor only and works great. Thanks Chris and all of Kendall.
Warren and Chris—and undoubtedly the other technicians at this company—provide outstanding customer service. Their many courtesies were greatly appreciated, and I was amazed by the clear, neatly itemized statements they each left behind. Who takes that kind of care anymore?
Several years ago, Chris went above and beyond by calling a faucet manufacturer on my behalf regarding replacement bathroom faucets. The manufacturer ended up sending double the parts, which turned out to be a blessing. Because of Chris's efforts, I already had the needed parts on hand when Warren came out yesterday.
