We visited Primary Pet Care with our two cats for the first time in August and had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate that we were shown a room right away, even though we arrived early, so the cats weren't stressing out in the waiting room. Dr. Gifford answered all of our questions thoroughly. The pricing was very reasonable, and no one pressured us to order tests that we didn't think were necessary. Having moved from Chandler to Mesa earlier this year, we've now found our new favorite animal clinic. We will be back!

What a great experience we had in resolving Frisbee's dental problems, a cracked tooth and abscess. We were able to get him in the next day for surgery and his dental cleaning, annual shots & nail trimming. Dr Gifford & staff were extremely caring and gave us all the information for his recovery. I highly recommend this vet team for its professionalism, it's caring and affordable vet care. Thank you very much.
