I've one word to describe my experience with RSB - Incredible! Peace-of-mind is what my call to them gave me. He took the time to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. He was so sure of the issue, he kindly stated he'd rather troubleshoot over the phone than have to charge me. Very considerate of you. Thank you, thank you,Happy holidays to you ahead.
