I wanted to share my experience with Rad Plumbing because they truly went above and beyond for me. I contacted them on a Sunday after 4 pm because I had a water leak coming from the main line outside. Even though it was late and the weekend, they showed up within 15 minutes.
When they arrived, it was still over 110 degrees outside and the sun hadn’t even gone down yet. They didn’t waste a second — they immediately got to digging. Lucky me, the leak ended up being underneath my concrete sidewalk, about three feet down. They tried everything they could to reach it without cutting the sidewalk, but eventually they had no choice.
