I am writing this review of Regal Bath and Kitchen to be able to speak to people who are careful of their property, time, and money. I am very old school and try to only deal with people who are fair, honest, and competent. My wife and I just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. I wanted to give my wife the master bathroom of her dreams. I was very concerned about design, cost, quality, and the disruption of a significant renovation effort. Kitchen Remodel – We had our entire kitchen remodeled. I visited the Regal showroom in May 2025 before they moved to their new location and looked at the samples and scheduled a home visit. Doug came to our house where he took measurements and discussed my ideas for how I wanted the kitchen to ultimately look. He went back and had preliminary drawings created and sent an estimate for the work. But then we put our remodel on hold. I told him we needed to wait 6 months and there was no pressure from him to start sooner. I reached out again in February 2026 and started the process of finalizing the design which took a couple of iterations and then picking out cabinet colors, and countertops at the showroom. I chose my own tile backsplash, and we had floor tile already purchased to match existing flooring. The entire remodel took just under a month, and David the PM did an excellent job coordinating the work. He checked in regularly by showing up at our house and by text. He responded to my questions and concerns. Tim, the cabinet installer was very detailed and the floor and backsplash tile installation both turned out beautifully. There was one concession that I had to make but overall, I am very happy with my new kitchen and the quality service and workmanship provided by Regal.
