I recently had Crandell Pest Control out to my house to address a persistent pest issue in my home, and I am beyond impressed with the outstanding service they provided. From the initial contact to the completion of the job, every aspect of their service exceeded my expectations. The communication with the company was seamless from the beginning. This was our first time using this business. Brandon arrived in the timeframe we were given. He explained what he would do as well as how their products and services differ (and are actually better), from other companies. The treatment is tailored to the types of pests the homeowner has been seeing. They use a “backpack” type device and the chemicals can be switched out. Whereas most companies use a tank on the truck with a long hose and one type of chemical for everything. Both Brandon and Preston, the owner of the company, are very personable and friendly and we would use this company again.
