I highly recommend this owner of the shop, Xavier for any rework of a design you're not happy with. Few months ago I had a tattoo imagery from another shop/artist and was totally unhappy with the outcome. The design lacked character and charm that I was hoping for. Instead it was too dark, lacked details and skin heavily overworked with lots of scabs and fall out, this healing process was more than 6 weeks. I consulted with Xavier in hopes of getting some solutions from his expertise and with confidence he said, I can definitely try to make it look lighter, crisp and clear up the image. Well!!!!! Highly recommend Alex at Ink Hive! Great communication, fair pricing and fabulous work. She was able to completely understand what I was trying to convey and tattooed what I had envisioned in my mind. She has a calm presence and light hand. Absolutely will be returning to her for more work.

This was my first tattoo and Alex was amazing!! She has a very gentle hand and as a person who is pretty sensitive to pain, she was wonderfully gentle. The process was fun and she has great and friendly energy. 10/10, would recommend, will go again.
