Communication and overall service is exceptional. Claudia was available throughout the entire process with selecting to installing flooring/slabs at my home. Not once did I ever feel the pressure of having to “buy now” or make sudden decisions. There were no hidden fees or “limited 24 hour” offers like other companies throw at you after wasting hours of your time. Claudia and her entire team were patient, respectful, detail oriented, and welcoming. The Ok Corral Floors showroom contains a wide selection of flooring options and family friendly. I was very happy with our experience with OK Corral Flooring. They came highly recommended by family that had used them in their remodel, and I’m glad we chose to use them with ours. They responded quickly when I requested a quote, and then they showed up when they said they were going too. They worked quickly and skillfully, and our floors look great! I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Great experience!
Beautiful job on new laminate floors & baseboards. A pleasure to work with. Very professional, considerate, responsive, respectful & kind. Excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend.
