I've been going to this location for a while and after my main gal left, I have been seeing Sam and MY GOD SHE IS AMAZING!! She is detail oriented and fun to talk to while getting sugared 12/10 would recommend Sam!! My pits are so happy
I got waxed for the first time. As nervous as I was, Sam walked me through the process and she talked to me throughout the waxing to help distract and keep me calm. Any questions I had, she answered without making me feel like an idiot. Definitely recommend.
I got seen right away and the waxing process began with waxing my lips and my eyebrows next. The entire process lasted 36 minutes. I was comfortable and normally it hurts for me to get waxed and this time it hardly did. She did go over some areas multiple times until she decided to get tweezers. My face felt smooth and it didn’t sting at all. I had my son with me, she demonstrated patience and understanding for my situation with my son being there. I say overall I had a great experience and my eyebrows were cleaned up perfectly and not altered in anyway.
