Great atmosphere! If you like plants & Pilates: this is your place!! The studio was clean and the reformers in good condition. The instructor, Samantha, was clear, kind, and attentive. She cued us great collectively, and in some one-on-one feedback throughout the class. The shop was beautiful, and I loved that they use lots of local vendors to add to the experience and support other local businesses.
The Sound Bath Healing session with Nicole Chacon was amazing and relaxing. Beautiful experience to connect with your inner cosmic energy ✨ it feels like magic running thru your body with those beautiful sounds, loved it 🙏🏻 I truly recommend this session if you are looking for a relaxing and calming experience 🤍
