First time I came here (9/28) they did an excellent job with the red hair color. On my second appointment (10/28) I wanted the red but with copper at ends for my wedding. I sent multiple pictures and was told it was possible to do. At the end of the session my hair came out the same color, all red. It's beautiful but it is not what I wanted. The stylist blamed the hair product and was going to complain to the manufacturer. I was not offered a solution and I was still charged. I could of done the same color myself but I wanted a unique look for my wedding and that's why I went to the salon.

I’d never been booked at a professional salon before, so I was very nervous, but this exceeded all expectations!! My stylist was Gracie and she was awesome to talk to and refreshed my hair so much :) I love Drop Dead!
