I got my tragus pierced and my septum jewelry changed out by Maria and she was so sweet throughout the process, explained everything, and kept making sure I was comfortable! The owner, Emily, also noticed that I was accidentally charged for a service and reached out and quickly refunded it. I will definitely be back for future piercings!

Very informative and helpful. I like how she walks through the steps she's going to through piercing, so I'm not surprised when she pierces. She's very sweet and I'd go to her all the time
