Noe's Ark is the best with my boy Henry who is far from a fan of anyone touching his nails. They always treat our dogs with the best sweetest care, especially with Henry's nail trims. He's a bit dramatic and can be difficult but he did have a bad experience in the past with another groomer. Couldn't be more thankful to have a vet office full of staff I know I can trust, also super convenient that they're right across the street from me :)
We've been taking our dog and cat here for almost 2 years now. The staff is friendly and very patient with our pets. They've helped us out with numerous issues over the years and have always been a great resource! Their billing system is easy for us to submit to insurance and overall and there hasn't been any surprises re. billing. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of our pets!
Everyone is friendly, professional and compassionate with Harry. I brought him in for possible ear infection. I was given treatment options and other options for his allergies and skin issues. They don’t push treatment on you. They give you options and explain the different treatments.
