A two-week remodel of our master bathroom shower took eight weeks and the involvement of the Registrar of Contractors. The complaint involved abandonment following weeks of no communication from Matthew, and poor workmanship: among other things, his tilers laid tile right across an adjacent wooden door casing. After the ROC contacted him, Matthew assigned a new tile setter, Joe B., who corrected the poorly done work of Matthew’s first crew and completed the job beautifully. Thank you, Joe, and thank you ROC!

Matt redid all the flooring in my house and the experience was fantastic! Matt walked me through the process and provided suggestions when picking tile and carpet. His crew was very considerate and consulted me on the smallest details to make sure I would be happy. I love my new floors and my house looks brand new!

Modern Image was fantastic to work with! The tile crew really showed they knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. Matt wasn't pushy and he helped me down to the last detail when picking the right tile and carpet. I dreaded uprooting everything in the house, but everything went so well and quick. I am so pleased with the work that was provided. My new floors are the best!
