The entire staff from the front desk to the RN’s to the Dr’s here are the best! They are thorough, friendly, considerate, knowledgeable and it’s all around the best medical experience you can ask for.

This place saved my life literally. I was going down a path I wasn’t happy with. I was addicted to the pain medication my doctor provided. I had tried to quit on my own multiple times. I have chronic lower back issues and the treatment they provide is truly life changing. Thanks to Dr Annette I got my life back. I actively enjoy golf and cornhole and other activities and I couldn’t give her and her team enough stars. If you’re ready for a change give them call. They are a team dedicated to helping people recover from Dr facilitated addiction.

Advanced Spine & Rehab has integrated medical doctors and chiropractors in the same office. We offer family practice, chiropractic, medical weight loss including semaglutide and B12 fat burner injections, opiate addiction and massage therapy. We offer treatment for motor vehicle injuries, sports injuries, headaches, sciatica, neck and back pain. Stanley Miller, MD and Annette Lopez, NP have many years of experience with opiate addiction and suboxone. We are accepting new patients.
