If I could give a 20 star review I would. first, the people that I talked to on the phone were super great, but most important the tech ( Robert Acosta) they sent to me was super awsome, he knew so much, we are kinda new to Arizona and he taught me a lot the first day he came, he is also very very friendly answered all of my stupid questions, I am allergic to spider bites and I havent seen one spider, cricket, scorpion anything around here, when he first came out here there were thousands of crickets, and all kinds of spider webs, he got rid of everything, I will keep this company for life, and I hope that Robert will always be my tech, the combo of Defence and Robert...read full review
