Sam came out. Did a complete check of my entire plumbing even though I just wanted a shower valve looked at that was leaking. Went above and beyond. Professional, courteous and explained everything to me. Doing a complete check was so special and nice. Great service
Josh is a better person than he is a Plumber and he is a darn good Plumber. Today I wasted his time, he fixed my issue in 5 minutes and would not let me give him anything for his time. Josh is a Class Act! And I have told all of my friends about him. If you have any Plumbing issues call Josh, you will be pleasantly surprised!
Kris from The Plumber business in Mesa came to install our walk in shower. He worked non stop from about 9:15 to 7:15 that evening. He was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He definately knew what he was doing. He also installed grab rails exactly where I needed them and a special held hold shower head for me that I could use since I am short and will have to sit on a chair for a couple months after surgery.
We were very pleased with The Plumber business and all their staff, they are very efficient. Yes I would use them again if ever needed.
