Nick called an hour before scheduled to arrive to remind us. He arrived on time and did a walk through with me an talked me through the process. He did a great job. He was professional and thorough. My carpet was heavily soiled, and it looked and smelled 1000 times better. Will use again next year.

My experience with Brimley's White Glove Chem Dry was seamless. I received a quote, and talked to a representative the same day and scheduled service within a week. On the day of service, the technician, Caesar arrived and was courteous, gave me lots of information, wouldn't even let me help him move large pieces of furniture. He was very thorough. My white couch looks like a new piece of furniture and he did a great job on the rugs and another large upholstered chair and headboard. I didn't compare prices before scheduling so I'm not sure how their pricing stacks up to others, but I feel like their services were a great value and I will call them again next time.

I'm very happy with our carpet cleaning results. Several rooms had some stains and they came out beautifully. We are now having Brimleys back to do a full tile clean. I definitely would recommend this company!
