I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kuo at Lakeside Veterinary Care. Our old vet was set on a specific diagnosis for our dog Alfie, but something about it just didn’t sit right with me. I did some digging on my own, and when we saw Dr. Kuo, she ran a few simple tests and was able to rule it out completely, thanks to her experience with that condition. She gave us some solid options for figuring out what was actually going on, and in the meantime she prescribed medication for his hair loss that worked almost immediately. Love coming here, they really love and spoil my dogs and cats (even if they aren’t always happy to be there!). The doctors, technicians and receptionists are all very friendly and helpful, I always feel like my pets are getting the best care.
I have two cats and recently got a dog that has all been coming to Lakeside.
One of my cats is particularly anxious and therefore spicy at the vet. With this knowledge, they worked with me to figure out how to get him in the vet and taken care of with the least amount of anxiety. They take such great care to make sure he is as comfortable as possible.
I’ve never had a dog in my adult life and never a female dog and they have been so helpful in teaching me what I need to know to best take care of them.
