Modern had completed two projects for me so far & has done really good work > they've completed both projects within the time frame & budget > they were at the house when they said they would be there > I have three more projects & Josh will get a call
first project was the second bathroom tub/shower to walk-in shower > I never knew I needed a place to sit in the shower until this > not sure I could live without one now
second project was painting the second bathroom vanity white > painting the kitchen cabinets white > add crown molding in the kitchen > change the floor in master bedroom to brighten it up

Josh and Raul and their crews are 10/10. This is the second project we’ve used them for. Josh helped me design a patio concept that would make us actually want to send time in our backyard during the Houston summer. He worked within our budget to come up with some ideas, and Raul and team brought everything to life. They were responsive, finished the job in the time they quoted, and I always felt like they were doing the right thing for us as their client. Pictures of before and after. Modern Home Improvement & Remodeling did an excellent job on our master bathroom renovation. After the demo of our outdated master bath, they installed new flooring, created detailed tile work in our new, larger shower, added a beautiful vanity, and even replaced our old window with an updated one. Their team also handled the framing of a pony wall, plumbing and electrical work with skill and care. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and kept everything clean throughout the project. We’re thrilled with the results and highly recommend them.
