Mr. John did a great job. He did a wonderful job of explaining what he was doing. Was very friendly and punctual. This was the second time having him out to my house. I am trying to make this a yearly thing as I have two toddlers and two dogs.Services: General carpet cleaning
John is extremely knowledgeable about flooring, grout and installation. It was very detailed took his time and did a fabulous job cleaning my floors. I can really tell a difference and the house smells wonderful. He was on time, communicated exactly what was going to be done and took extra care my newly painted home. I definitely will be referring him and Cypress Floor Care.
John was at my house on Monday Dec. 23 to clean the carpets. John was very informative and explained what could and could not be removed as far as stains go. The first time a carpet cleaner has been100% honest on that front. John did an outstanding job at a very fair price. Highly recommended.
