It was an excellent experience working with Duston, who is charming, knowledgeable, and candid! When our sewer line was backing up (not in the house, thankfully!), this man made time on his lunch break to come inspect the situation and give us a second quote. (We're in a new-to-us house -- he even took the time to walk us through the water shut-off.) I felt completely in the loop as we waited for rain to leave the forecast so he could get his excavators out to dig up the line. He took copious photos for us, and the job was done in 2 active days. Kudos to his contractors, too -- it barely looks like the yard had a deep hole in that spot! I hopefully won't need a plumber...read full review
