Dr. Smith is very thorough, answers all my questions, has been the one to figure out that Ruby has a chicken allergy. Service was excellent from the front staff, to back and all in between. Dr. Stark came in and explained everything we could try before we turn to surgery. She was very thorough and answered all our questions. She got us started on some steroids for Kylo and some other things he needed. We felt very comfortable and confident here. My 18 year old sweet boy quickly became sick. We took Tangie in late on a Friday for an exam and blood draw. Saturday morning Dr Aimee Stark called and gave us the sad list of medical issues our sweet boy had. The office kindly took us in, last minute. Marlo amd Dr. Stark stayed with me to say goodbye to my sweet cat/family member. They were beyond kind and compassionate and made this hard journey as easy as possible.
