Looking to break a sweat? Say less. Hot yoga at YogaSix will do the trick. I don’t think I have sweat that much in a workout ever and I left feeling energized and relaxed. The instructor was phenomenal and he really knew how to help you push past your “limits.” LOVE LOVE LOVE this class!

Its my 6 month anniversary and I have had so many non scale victories! I love all the instructors! They do not disappoint!!! Cindy is a power house! Joelle holds her poses for what seems like forever! Justin pushes you to your max! Love Yoga Six!
