This is the second time I have purchased a home from TM, and both experiences have brought me complete satisfaction. The Sales Consultant, Loan Officer, and Superintendent were all very patient, helpful, and professional. They followed up closely throughout the entire process and provided me with all the necessary information to ensure everything went smoothly. I am very happy overall.
I also noticed that the new house has several improved features that make it more convenient and comfortable for homeowners.

Incredible homes!! The community is peaceful and warm, and lots of amenities to enjoy and shopping nearby. I love living here!! Special thanks to Brandi and the sales team for making it happen, and thanks to John the construction manager for being such a great help!
Model homes were so pretty. They have a little trail here. But kids in the community center play soccer can be dangerous when you pass by… I experienced twice. No parents to guide…
