I showed him the spots and he gave me his honest opinion that he’d do his best but wasn’t sure it would come out completely by treating it on site and it might be necessary to take the rug offsite to really get the spots out. I also showed him some other carpets in my kids bedrooms that needed a good cleaning. He gave me a quote on the spot (super reasonable!) and got to work immediately.
