I came into conflict with Dr. B Hyde’s professionalism while dealing with billing. I am still waiting for a response after 2 months of countless opportunities to meet in person. There have been two occasions where she has walked past me and has avoided updating me on my current situation. I came in believing this person cared for me as a patient. Unfortunately, the lack of action Dr. Hyde has taken and the brush off in communication, has shown me the type of care she provides at Lifetime clinic. It’s been amazing working with Dr. Kai. After seeing multiple specialist for imbalance issues with little to no results, I went to Dr. Kai. He was able to achieve results through a treatment plan which included various techniques that ultimately helped restore my balance. He knows his stuff.

Dr. Kai is absolutely the best around. I went in with deep sciatic pain barely limping around. I’m now running in obstacle course races and 40 lbs lighter. Don’t live with it, go get it fixed!!!!!
