“I recently had an eye exam at Better Vision - Cypress, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. I worked with Dr. Farooque, and I cannot recommend her enough.
What stood out immediately was the advanced technology they use. The equipment is top-tier, allowing for a incredibly detailed and comprehensive mosaic scan of my eyes. Because of this high-level imaging, Dr. Farooque was able to catch things that might have been missed elsewhere.
She discovered a cataract in my right eye, which was quite a surprise given that I’m only 45. She also identified some specific tissue issues in my left eye that required a close look. I actually walked in not thinking I needed glasses at all, but Dr. Farooque took the time to explain exactly why I do and how it will improve my daily life.
The entire staff was great—they were patient and took the time to explain every part of the process and the results in detail, so I never felt rushed or confused.
