I was very impressed with the service. Anthony Bogarty was very professional. He explained everything before he got started. He asked if I had any concerns. I pointed out the area of concerns. He reviewed the area along with pictures I had taken and reassured me I didn’t have termites. Which was a very important concern for me as to why I had Arrow to come out to exterminate. I can honestly say, Anthony takes pride in his work and it shows via professionalism, courtesy, and commitment to do the job inside and outside of my home.

I was very pleased with my technician. He was professional . He didn’t come across as being rushed and hurried to quickly get through the job. He was helpful and made me feel he was happy to take care of any and all my “pest” issues. Good job!

Mr Dallas Arellano did a very thorough job & id like to have home come service my property from now on, if possible. Also can you send Hime back in December when we are scheduled for our annual termite inspection? Thank you
