“Took Odin in for bath, shedding treatment, blowout and paw pad trimming. He came out looking perfect and is always happy to see the staff. I won't go anywhere else for grooming. The monthly shedding package is well worth the money. Combined with the monthly grooming essentials, and the whole house appreciates him looking and feeling his best. And let's face it, it saves me hours of time in vacuuming and sweeping up giant dog floofs.“

“I really want to take a moment to acknowledge the staff at Urban Mutt Retreat—Jason and Trinity are absolutely wonderful! They are always attentive, caring, and I feel very comfortable leaving my babies in their hands. The workers here are the heart of this place, and they do an amazing job.

That being said, it’s disappointing to see that the owners are not keeping the facility up to date. The grass is so overgrown that when I come to pick up my dogs, I can’t even see them playing. It also makes driving in a bit unpleasant. On top of that, the countertop at the front is loose—I almost fell and dropped everything I was carrying because of it.

The staff truly deserve better support from ownership, and the dogs (and their owners!) deserve a safe, well-kept environment. I really hope the owners take action soon to maintain the facility at the same level of care that Jason and Trinity put into their work every single day.“

“I have Ben using FAH for my vet needs for over 3 years. I decided to try their grooming service. I could not be happier with the friendly service and my Marnie was also a happy camper. The job was superb. She felt cleaner than she had from her previous groomer.“

“I was present at the place at the next door when this person @Nia Douglas... entered the dog grooming salon and I witnessed when this person harassed and almost attacked the people who were in that place, simply because the groomers used a muzzle to be able to cut her dog nails, since the dog bit. We must understand that as groomers they earn their living with their hands, and if a dog tries to bite, of course, they must use a muzzle on them. It is truly unpleasant how this woman acted. We live in a society full of people who honestly should go for routine psychiatric checkups since it is not normal for a person to act like this person did. I even have security videos that prove what I am talking about, and when checking other reviews, she left in other places, we can clearly notice that this individual is accustomed to going to businesses to harass, intimidate, yell, insult, so disgusting to be honest. I have been taking my dogs to Pup Perfection for over a year and honestly it has been the best decision of my life, my dogs are always happy when I drop them off and when I pick them up, so please do not be influenced by people who clearly have problems with the whole world.“

I have a dog who is very scared of people and they work wonders with her now I just boarded my two little dogs and I never have to worry about them when I go out of town the staff is amazing everything about this place is great.
