“Very glad I used Sam for our floors. We got every square foot of our house done, including stairs. My wife and I could not be happier with the turnout. The installers were very professional, polite, and respectful of our home. Sam was always just a phone call away whenever we needed anything. They helped move furniture around, remove and reinstall toilets, as well as unhooked/reinstalled our stove/appliances. There were a few minor issues after the job was done (minor cosmetic), which can be expected when your entire house is re-floored. However, Sam responded immediately and came by personally to ensure everything was taken care of, which it was. I would highly recommend Sam for your floors.“

“Miguel and his team came out and resurfaced our stamped concrete pool deck about 1.5 years ago and did a fantastic job. The treatment has been standing up to daily use with almost no issues, with the exception of a couple of very small areas that peeled away.I called Miguel and he sent out Francisco and Johnny the following week to address the issue. I was concerned about both the color and the applied stain matching the rest of the deck. However, Francisco and Johnny did such a fantastic job you can't tell where the repaired features are.If you're looking for a company that does quality work and stands behind it, then look no further than IST and give Miguel a call.
