“I called and spoke with a young lady — I believe her name was Kathleen — and she was wonderful. She answered every question with warmth and a real understanding of how much we love our fur babies. Her kindness and clarity made the whole process easy. We’re already setting up an appointment for our next travel dates. Highly recommend their customer service.”
