My first visit. Greeted immediately when I walked in. I waited maybe 10 minutes before Nancy brought me back. She explained everything well. Cleaned my teeth very well and prepped me for the dentist. Dr. Soto was prompt, examined my teeth and set an immediate plan to fix a small problem. They explained the cost and walked me up front to schedule. It was fantastic visit! I’ll be back!
Dr. Norwood and Kristen saw me today on short notice, due to a sensitive tooth (ache) I had developed. I was interviewed, and given an examination. The pain I had experienced 4 days ago, had passed, but I still wanted the professional team to check out my tooth. After a thorough exam, we talked briefly, and I was released. I appreciated their prompt attention, and am comforted to not need further care.
Dr. Lagaly is wonderful! The whole staff is wonderful, actually. I took my 17-year-old son in as a new patient after his dentist literally disappeared. We got in quickly and from the start just love it here! His hygienist, Rudy, was kind, empathetic, and gentle. Dr. Lagaly was engaging, down to Earth, and knowledgable. We felt comfortable and welcome the entire time. We look forward to becoming long-time patients here.
