After a different plumber canceled on us last minute after making us wait all day, Joe the Plumber answered the phone, sent out a technician and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. Their tech Warren was friendly, knowledgeable and fast! We will only be using Joe the Plumber from here on out! I can't recommend them highly enough.
I called today at 6am and Inmar was here at 8am and not only fixed the drain pipe issue that we’ve been dealing with since construction of our house. He also provided some preventative suggestions to prevent the future and repetitive clogging. So happy to work with Joe the plumber. He is added to my FAVORITE list
I have had Joe the Plumber help me with numerous projects/repairs over time, and I've always been pleased with their service. I recently had to have a supply line to a water heater replaced. The company scheduled me quickly, and even accommodated my needs to have their tech come at an exact hour (I was selling the house and closing was fast approaching). I will be asking them to help me with a couple of projects in my new home, and will keep them as my preferred plumber going forward. Highly recommend!
